Cessna Citation Phase Inspections: Handled with Precision
Every aircraft needs inspections. But with a Citation 500 series jet, phase inspections are the foundation of long-term airworthiness and safety. They aren’t just a box to check, they’re the key to making sure your jet performs the way it was designed to.We perform complete Phase 1 through Phase 4 inspections for Cessna Citation 500, 501, 550, 551, and 560 models. Our team works with precision, follows factory-approved procedures, and delivers detailed reporting, so there are no gray areas, no vague results, and no unnecessary delays.
What Are Phase Inspections?
Phase inspections are Cessna’s way of breaking up your jet’s required maintenance into smaller, manageable parts.
Instead of grounding the aircraft for one long inspection, the work is divided into four separate phases. Each one focuses on different systems, like the structure, landing gear, engines, or electrical.
This keeps things efficient and less disruptive to your flight schedule.
When done on time and done right, phase inspections help catch wear early, spot potential issues before they become expensive problems, and keep your jet running safely and smoothly.

Our Process: Clear, Thorough, and On Schedule
Step 1: We Review Your Logs
Before the aircraft arrives, we review your maintenance records. We confirm which phase(s) are due and identify any missed inspections or upcoming requirements.
Step 2: We Plan the Inspection Timeline
We create a detailed work plan and parts list. If any optional service bulletins or minor repairs are recommended, we flag them early.
Step 3: We Perform the Inspection, System by System
Our certified technicians carry out each inspection item according to Cessna’s maintenance manual. If we find anything outside normal limits, you’re notified immediately, with photos, explanations, and options.
Step 4: Documentation and Signoff
Once the inspection is complete, we update your maintenance logs, sign off all work, and provide a full inspection report, FAA-ready and crystal clear.
